Where air meets the product, oil-free is an absolute requirement. DENAIR offers two oil-free technologies — both 100 % oil-free in the compression chamber itself, not just “technically oil-free” with filters:
Spiral compression with no oil in the chamber — and no valves or complex wearing parts. Delivers 11–15 % more air than comparable designs, quiet enough to sit in the lab or clinic.
The industry reference: original German GHH air end with two-stage compression, Swedish SKF bearings and US specialty steel rotors. For oil-free air at industrial scale, 45–500 kW.

An oil-lubricated compressor with filters removes most of the oil — but one filter failure, and the product is contaminated. In a Class 0 machine there is no oil in the compression chamber to filter out. That is the difference between reducing risk and eliminating it. This is why audits in the food and pharmaceutical industries effectively require Class 0 — and why the DWW series is built oil-free from the ground up.
