How we process personal data on denair.no.
Globe Energy Norway AS, org. no. 934 108 787 (operating through the sub-unit DENAIR NORGE, org. no. 935 168 139), Surfellingen 2, Borgenhaugen, is the data controller for personal data collected via this website. Contact: post@denair.no.
When you submit an enquiry via our forms (quote, calculator, analysis or contact), we collect the data you provide: name, company, mobile number, email address and information about your compressed air installation. We do not collect data beyond what you provide yourself, and the site does not use tracking cookies.
The data is used solely to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes or savings analyses, and follow up the dialogue. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps at your request) and (f) (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider Netlify and forwarded to our email. The data is not shared with other third parties and is never sold. We store enquiries as long as necessary for the dialogue and any agreement, after which they are deleted.
denair.no does not use cookies — neither for analytics, advertising nor tracking. No data is set in your browser, which is why no consent banner is shown. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is processed by Google to deliver the font; no cookies are stored in that connection.
If we activate analytics or marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag or Meta pixel), they will only load after you have given consent via the banner on the site, and your choice can be changed at any time by clearing site data in your browser. Such tools set cookies and share usage data with Google, LinkedIn and Meta respectively.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to object to the processing. Contact us at post@denair.no and we will assist without undue delay. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
