01 · MOTOR

Permanent magnet motor without bearings

PM motor with UH magnets (rated to 180 °C), IP65 enclosure and bearing-free design — 100 % transmission efficiency and over 9 % higher efficiency than an induction motor at part load, which is where the machine actually runs most of the time.

02 · SKRUEBLOKK

Patented asymmetric 5:6 profile

Third-generation rotor profile with ≥95 % volumetric efficiency, Swedish SKF bearings and 1:1 direct drive without belts or gears — zero transmission loss, continuous operation up to 110 °C.

03 · INVERTER

Variable speed drive with soft start

Reinforced circuit boards with dust and corrosion protection, dedicated cooling and soft start that eliminates current peaks. Holds pressure stable within ±0.1 bar.

04 · PIPING

Stainless steel oil and air piping

304 stainless steel throughout the piping — twice as strong as galvanised pipe, corrosion-free and maintenance-free for the life of the machine. No leaks, no rust in the air.

05 · OLJESYSTEM

Three-stage oil separation

Centrifugal, gravity and fine separation deliver residual oil below 3 ppm. 0.1 µm precision oil filter and a separator element rated for 4,000 hours — low service costs.

06 · STYRING

Intelligent PID control

Closed-loop control with RS485 communication: the compressor reads pressure continuously and adjusts speed with under 50 ms response time. Multilingual display with maintenance alerts.

07 · EL-KOMPONENTER

Schneider Electric

Contactors and electrical components from Schneider (France) in original spec — the same component quality as in European premium machines.

08 · LUFTFILTER

99,99 % filtrering

Two-stage air filtration stops particles down to 0.3 µm at 99.99 % efficiency — extending air end and oil life, and keeping the process air clean.

09 · TWO-STAGE (DAV+)

Near-isothermal compression

DAV+ compresses in two stages with oil-mist cooling between them. Lower pressure ratio per stage means less internal leakage, lower rotor load and best-in-class efficiency in continuous operation.

How variable speed saves money — every single hour

A fixed-speed compressor runs flat out regardless of demand, wasting energy idling and unloaded. The DAV series reads air demand in real time and adjusts speed — you only pay for the air you use. In addition: every bar of excess pressure costs about 7 % energy. DAV holds pressure within ±0.1 bar of setpoint, where conventional machines swing 0.5–1 bar. Together this means up to 35 % lower energy cost — and since energy is around 75 % of total cost over ten years, the machine typically pays for itself in under two years on savings alone.

DAL / DAVL — Low pressure 3–5 bar NEW CATALOGUE 2025

Low-pressure screw compressors for large, continuous air volumes at 3–5 bar — cement, glass, textiles, pneumatic conveying and aeration in water treatment. Producing 3 bar with a 7-bar machine and throttling down is pure energy waste; the DAL series is engineered for low pressure from the ground up. Direct-driven DENAIR air end with SKF bearings, air or water cooled.
