The DAC series delivers 25 to 3,000 m³/min of 100 % oil-free air for the process industry — designed, simulated and tested in-house:
Impellers and stages developed with CFD simulation and proprietary design software — optimal pressure distribution between stages and stable operation across the whole control range.
Every impeller is FEA-verified for stress and deformation in operation — documented margin against failure, including under load variation.
Tilting-pad bearings with high load capacity and low vibration adjust automatically to load and temperature — stable operation in demanding conditions, year after year.
Horizontally split, integrally cast gearbox with integrated volutes — fewer machined surfaces, no assembly deviation, lower noise, and modular disassembly at overhaul without destroying the foundation.
Electrically actuated stainless steel inlet guide vanes fine-tune airflow to demand — up to 9 % energy savings at reduced load.
Touch panel with three operating modes (constant pressure, auto dual, self-balancing), real-time operating curves, alarm chains and predictive surge protection.
Over ca. 200–250 kW continuous demand oil-free centrifugal compressors start beating screw machines on total economy: higher efficiency at constant load, 100 % oil-free air with no separation system, and lower maintenance per cubic metre produced. Together with oil-free centrifugal compressors, the range covers the entire low-pressure need in process industry.
